How many ways are there to print fabric?

1. Scintillating sheet printing: scintillating sheet is vacuum aluminized metal sheet with various colors, thickness 0.008mm-0.1mm, high temperature resistance.

  2. Gold foil printing (hot stamping): special gold foil paste is used to print on the printed fabric, after the paste dries, it is covered with aluminum foil and pressed at high temperature, which results in hot stamping pattern effect.

  3. Luminous printing: luminous powder is a kind of rare earth metal material, made into 1μM or so fineness of the powder, with the paint printing method, the luminous powder printed on the fabric to form patterns.

  4. Pearlescent, light-emitting printing: textile knowledge of pearlescent natural and artificial points, can be extracted from fish scales in artificial pearlescent. Pearlescent does not require light source excitation, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance. 

  5. Gold and silver powder printing: the gold or silver powder and special transparency of the gold and silver powder special paste or adhesive mix, printed on the fabric, the formation of gold or silver flash pattern effect.  

  6. Matte Printing (Imitation Jacquard Printing): Matte pulp containing matting agent on light fabrics, the use of paint printing process, to obtain a partial lightless printing effect, bright and dark, with a style similar to jacquard.

  7. Foaming three-dimensional printing: Foaming three-dimensional printing refers to the addition of foaming agent plastic resin in the pulp, after high-temperature melting and baking of the foaming agent decomposition, the release of gas when the pulp expansion and the formation of three-dimensional pattern, and with the help of the resin will be the paint adhesion to obtain the three-dimensional effect of coloring and foaming.

 8. Capsule printing: microcapsules are composed of inner core and capsule coat, the inner core is dye, capsule coat for gelatin, microcapsules have a single-core type, multi-core type and composite three kinds of single-core type contains a dye, multi-core type contains a variety of dyes, composite type consists of multi-layer outer membrane of the composite microcapsules. The particles of microencapsulated dyes are between 10-30 μM.
